For three years now, thousands of citizens, including their physicians, business people, environmental groups and elected officials from both parties have begged Gov. Perdue to suspend state permit reviews until a comprehensive federal environmental impact study is completed.  Results of the study are essential for all of us to fully understand what Titan will do to our economy, health, and natural environment. I continue to ask why the state would consider giving the project permits in a piecemeal fashion without this comprehensive environmental analysis.
