How Seriously Does the City Take Getting a Hotel for the Convention Center?

The Wilmington City Council will hear an update on proposals for a convention center hotel during its agenda meeting Monday. It’s not likely the council will get a recommendation yet as to which hotel proposal of three to choose because a committee of city staff charged with making that decision hasn’t met yet.
