Does Every Single Member of City Council Support the Multi-Modal Center?

As far as I can tell, they do.  They unanimously passed a resolution adopting the Cape Fear Commutes 2035 Transportation Plan, which states:

The WMPO has supported continuous planning efforts to achieve an efficient multi-modal plan.

 There are many places throughout the document expressing support for a "multi-modal plan," meaning the "multi-modal center."  This center will be an absolute waste of money.
